Contingency Base Fee Schedule

FEE: Jim Rowland Personnel employer paid fees are based on 1% per thousand dollars of the candidate’s projected first year’s annual earnings. The minimum rate for hires under $13,000 will be 12% and the maximum rate is 20% at $20,000 or more.
  • Less than $13,000 per year, 12% of first year’s annual earnings
  • $13,000 but less than $14,000 per year, 13% of first year’s annual earnings
  • $14,000 but less than $15,000 per year, 14% of first year’s annual earnings
  • $15,000 but less than $16,000 per year, 15% of first year’s annual earnings
  • $16,000 but less than $17,000 per year, 16% of first year’s annual earnings
  • $17,000 but less than $18,000 per year, 17% of first year’s annual earnings
  • $18,000 but less than $19,000 per year, 18% of first year’s annual earnings
  • $19,000 but less than $20,000 per year, 19% of first year’s annual earnings
  • $20,000 or more per year, 20% of first year’s annual earnings
GUARANTEE: Jim Rowland Personnel offers a replacement credit for employees who voluntarily resign or are discharged for cause by Employer within ninety (90) calendar days. Replacement credits will be honored for one (1) full year from date of termination. NOTE: Jim Rowland Personnel’s guarantee becomes effective and commences with the candidate’s start date provided that full payment has been received by Jim Rowland Personnel within ten (10) days from candidate’s start date. We do not replace in the event of layoff, substantial change in the original job description or locations, or elimination of the position. Jim Rowland Personnel must be notified in writing within five (5) working days of any employee’s separation from the employer. In addition, a fee is due Jim Rowland Personnel from the company in the event a candidate referred by us is hired by the company or any of its affiliates within one(1) year of the initial interview, or in the event the company refers said candidate to any other employer who hires the candidate.

BILLINGS: Fees are billed when the Employer’s offer is accepted by the candidate.

TERMS: Net due ten (10) days from candidate’s start date. (Condition for above Guarantee)
